30th May 2007

Complete morning devoted to Photography session

Bring your camera, cables, manuals and make sure you have spare or fully charged batteries. Those folk with laptops are also invited to bring your computer. If you have memory stick then bring this along too.
I will prepare a CD with all the required and uptodate software and hopefully get some notes produced for reference.

During the month take 10 photos . Two of people, 2 landscapes, 2 of flowers, 2 using the zoom feature (if your camera has this option) , 2 using flash.
The morning will be divided into 2 parts
a) Learning about your camera, resolution and basic tips
b) Downloading your photos and discussing some basic edits
c) Creating a Gift CD using Picasa
d) If we have time then the routine to transfer sample photos to a CD to take for professional printing will be demonstrated and we will send some to PHOTOBOX for printed copies
